Desirée Rubolotta joined Notch Partners in 2018.

Prior to joining Notch Partners, Desirée was a Director of Operations for Doddle & Co, a fast-growing start-up focused on bringing innovative baby products to US and global markets. She also worked in human resources, facilities management, and as an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite of Manifest, a content marketing agency. Desirée studied Dance at Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts.
