Kristen Gatens

Vice President

Kristen Gatens joined Notch Partners in 2025. She is a member of the Healthcare practice, where she focuses on payer and provider services.

Prior to joining Notch Partners, Kristen spent over six years in client services at Guidepoint, where she was a member of the Institutional Healthcare team. In this role, she supported financial institutions conducting investment due diligence across the full healthcare sector. In her final role as Vice President, Kristen co-managed the Institutional Healthcare team.
 
Kristen graduated magna cum laude from Providence College with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Finance and Business Studies.
