Jenny Shi 

Vice President

Jenny Shi joined Notch Partners in 2026. She is a member of the Business & Financial Services practice where she focuses on sectors including commercial and residential services, insurance, wealth and asset management, lending, consulting services, education and corporate training, and employment services.
 
Prior to joining Notch, Jenny was an executive search consultant at Korn Ferry, where she led Board and CEO searches on behalf of publicly traded companies and private equity firms. She began her career at Kobre & Kim, a global litigation law firm. Jenny holds a Master of Science in Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and earned a B.A. in Political Science.
