Jeff Weathers joined Notch Partners in 2016. He leads our Business Services and focuses on professional services, industrials services, financial services, and infrastructure services.

Prior to joining Notch Partners, Jeff was an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse where he supported the Paper & Packaging, Diversified Industrials, Aerospace & Defense, and Metals & Mining industry groups. He helped execute over $8 billion of M&A & LBO transactions, high-yield & investment-grade debt financings, and recapitalizations. Jeff started his career as an Officer in the US Air Force and was a Senior Engineer at Bell Helicopter. He received an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and graduated Highest Honors from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
