Jeff Weathers joined Notch Partners in 2016. He leads our Industrials Products & Services practice and focuses on A&D, energy, industrial manufacturing & distribution, industrial services, and transportation & logistics.

Prior to joining Notch Partners, Jeff was an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse where he supported the Paper & Packaging, Diversified Industrials, Aerospace and Defense, and Metals & Mining industry groups. He helped execute over $8 billion of M&A & LBO transactions, high-yield & investment-grade debt financings, and recapitalizations. Jeff started his career as an Officer in the US Air Force and was a Senior Engineer at Bell Helicopter. He received an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and graduated Highest Honors from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
