Heather McNaught Gilpin joined Notch Partners in 2012. She leads our Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, focusing on healthcare services, HCIT, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and medtech.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Heather was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she worked primarily with financial services companies. In 2008, Heather founded and led Learn NY, a nonprofit that worked with Mayor Bloomberg’s office to successfully advocate for the renewal of mayoral control over New York City public schools. She began her career in public policy, working for the President’s Council of Economic Advisers and the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Policy in Washington, DC. Heather received a JD from Harvard Law School and graduated from Princeton University with a BA, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in Economics.
