Our compensation model is skewed toward deal success and long-term accountability. Our risk/reward balance is intentionally aligned with the needs of our PE clients, to enable strategic long-term partnerships.
Our PE clients pay an ongoing retainer enabling us to be strategic and proactive in our ability to impact their businesses and provide tangible contributions, especially in very fast-moving deal processes.
To accommodate our clients’ economics, we structure our fees such that the majority of our compensation is associated with deal milestones and investment success. We also recognize the imperative to associate our clients’ expenses with completed deals, whenever possible.
